Refunds
- Your first Pro payment, monthly, yearly or 6 months: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying. No reason needed.
- A renewal: if a monthly or yearly plan renewed and you haven't used Pro since, a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal.
- After that, we don't refund the rest of a period you've started, except where the law requires it, or if we removed something Pro included or closed your account without a good reason.
For a situation this policy doesn't cover, contact us and we'll review it.
How to ask
Write from the contact page and choose Billing, or reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you. Include the email address you paid with, so we can find the purchase.
How refunds are paid
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every Pro purchase, so Paddle issues the refund, to the same card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Paddle may ask for the order number on your receipt.
Canceling Pro
- Go to Account, then Plan & billing, then Manage billing. Canceling stops the next renewal.
- Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. The 6-month plan never renews, so there's nothing to cancel.
- When Pro ends, nothing is archived or deleted. If you have more than Free's 3 active rooms, you choose which ones to archive the next time you open a room. You can go Pro again any time.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels Pro immediately. The rest of the period isn't refunded unless you're within one of the windows above, so ask for a refund before you delete, while we can still find your purchase.
Your rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to every purchase. For everything else, see the terms.
